At CHILDHOOD, each item is made to order. Because we use print-on-demand manufacturing, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining quality control.
Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at childhoodattire@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, include:

Clear photos showing the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Return Approval Process

All return requests are reviewed within 7 business days

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and production limitations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Sample items

Items deliberately damaged after delivery

Items printed correctly according to the original design but no longer wanted

Items delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Socks

Swimwear

Refunds
If your return or refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled and fully refunded while they are in the “In Review” status.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Delays
Small Orders
Production typically takes 3–7 business days, with shipping by the 8th business day.
If no shipping confirmation is provided by day 7, a refund of up to 10% of the item price may be issued.
Bulk Orders
Production typically takes 7–15 business days, with shipping by the 16th business day.
If no shipping confirmation is provided by day 16, a refund of up to 10% of the item price may be issued.
Refunds for delays do not apply if delays are caused by customer-side changes (design edits, incorrect address, etc.).
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
